Can I pick up my order?2021-02-02T14:12:23+11:00

At the present time we offer our products for delivery by Australia Post only (or couriers in case of bigger/bulkier products).

Our warehouse locations are not set up to receive customers.

We ask our members to please allow 2 – 3 days after dispatch for delivery (please note delivery times may take longer depending on what state you live in and also due to any postal delays), although we will certainly be doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We accept payment by your credit card or your paypal account. You can also do a direct bank transfer.

Can I change/cancel my order?2021-02-02T14:11:21+11:00

You can change your order while you are still browsing and shopping. You will need to go to ‘My Cart’. Here you can delete a product by clicking on the ‘X’ next to the ‘Qty’ field, or change the quantity by simply adding in the new quantity and clicking ‘Update’.

After the payment, if you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of your purchase.

Yes you can. But an account allows you to see your order history, previous orders, save wishlist items and special offers to list a few. If you want, you can skip the login.

When can I expect my delivery?2021-02-02T14:03:22+11:00

Based on your location it might take anywhere between 2-7 working days. If there is any delay, our customer service team will notify you.

Due to the costs involved we do not provide free samples.
